Fitness Program
Davis Regional Medical Center is home to the Fitness Program, an independent exercise program with a 7,000 square foot facility that is divided into gym and aquatic areas.
Medicare and Medicaid have strict regulations with therapy services and exercise programs in the same area. Due to these regulations, we are only able to offer limited hours. There are no exceptions.
Program Orientation
Members can begin the program when the membership forms are turned in and reviewed by a staff member. Members interested in getting set up on the equipment or looking for a specific exercise program are encouraged to schedule an orientation time. Setting an appointment time is preferred as accommodating walk-ins can be difficult. Orientations are done during Fitness Program hours. To schedule an orientation time, please call (704) 838-7432.
Gym Classes
In the gym area, members have access to aerobic equipment, including four treadmills, two Aerodyne bikes, two Recumbent bikes, two UBE's (arm bikes), one rower and one stair climber. Members also can utilize the weight machines for upper extremities, lower extremities, low back and abdominals.
