Medical Staff Services
Our Medical Staff consists of over 250 physicians and over 40 Allied Health Professionals. These practitioners are members of 8 departments.
The Medical Staff Office manages the medical staff application for membership and privileges process as well as the credentialing of all physicians, dentists, podiatrist and many mid-level practitioners. It is the mission of Davis Regional Medical Center to provide high quality, compassionate care that improves the overall health of our patients, their families and our community.

Location and Office Hours: The Medical staff office is located on the first floor beside Classroom A & B.
Office hours are Monday - Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
