Whether you are visiting the hospital for a routine medical procedure, or you find yourself in the midst of a medical emergency, filling out hospital admission forms is the last thing you or anyone wants to do . . . yet it needs to be done.
At Davis Regional Medical Center, we have designed a card that makes hospital admission easier and faster for everyone – our MedKey Express Registration card. Since its inception in October 2000, over 20,000 residents from Iredell and the surrounding counties have requested their own MedKey card. We continue to receive calls weekly from our community requesting applications.
To expand the reach of this very successful program and enhance our cardholders’ value, we have introduced the MedKey Healthy Discounts Program. This program allows Davis Regional to partner with local businesses (like yours) to provide discounts or other offers to MedKey cardholders. In exchange, we include your company’s name, location and nature of the discount in our MedKey marketing efforts. Routinely, our MedKey merchants are recognized in print advertising and/or spotlighted in hospital newsletters.
We have also expanded our website to include a list of all the merchants who are offering discounts to cardholders. We invite you to join our MedKey Healthy Discount program by completing the "Merchant Letter of Agreement" form below and faxing it to (704) 838-7111. (Completed letters may also be mailed to Davis Regional Medical Center, Attention Janie Stikeleather, P.O. Box 1823, Statesville, NC 28687.)
