Full-time employees (minimum 64 hours per pay period) are eligible to the above time off based on years of service. Part-time employees (minimum 40 hours per pay period) are eligible to half of the above vacation days based on years of service.

Full-Time employees (minimum 32 hours per pay period) are entitled to the above seven holidays at eight hours each.
Part-Time employees (minimum of 40 hours per pay period) are entitled to the above seven holidays at four hours each.
• Full-time and Part-time employees may take holiday time after the 90 day introductory period has been completed satisfactorily.
Personal Illness
Employees who are absent due to illness are entitled to time off with pay in an amount related to their length of service. The maximum accrual for sick time is 1,040 hours (approximately six months) for a Full-time employee. Part-time employees receive 520 hours maximum (approximately three months).

Life Insurance
DRMC provides life insurance equal to an employee’s annual salary at no cost to the employee.
Supplemental Life Insurance
Employees have the option of purchasing supplemental life insurance. The cost is $0.21 cents per $1,000, and may be purchased for up to 2 times the employee’s annual salary.

Additional Voluntary Supplemental Insurance Options
As an employee of DRMC, you may also choose voluntary benefits to meet your specific needs. You may choose to participate in any combination of the following:
Short Term Disability: Tax deductible sick leave plan with benefits beginning on
day, covered up to 24 weeks.
Long Term Disability: Tax deductible sick leave plan with benefits beginning after a
six month elimination period. Monthly benefit: 60% of covered
monthly earnings rounded to the nearest $1.00.
Universal Life Insurance: Additional life insurance to cover dependents and/or spouse.
Select Vision: Vision discount plan to cover lenses (glass or plastic),
frames, contacts, bifocal and trifocal. The plan also includes
discounts for examinations.
Flexible Spending Account: Designed to assist in covering non-reimbursed medical expenses.
Continuing Education Program
DRMC promotes educational and professional growth providing a tuition reimbursement plan for furthering education. Full-time employees who have completed one year of service and who wish to obtain additional, formal, job-related education during their period of employment, will be reimbursed upon successful completion of an approved course for 100% of the cost of tuition up to a maximum of $1,000 per year. No other costs, only tuition, are reimbursable. All courses must be approved before enrollment. The plan limits an individual to two courses per semester and the individual must make a grade of “C” or better. There is also Scholarship funding available.
